Are you eager to create a stylish pair of pants/shorts/capris that fit you perfectly? Join Roberta for an engaging demonstration on how to do just that! She’ll guide you through the process of accurately measuring yourself and adjusting any pants pattern for an ideal fit. Additionally, Roberta will showcase the techniques for cutting out pattern pieces and sewing them together. If you’ve always had the desire to sew but felt unsure about where to begin, bring your inquiries along, and Roberta will be happy to help.

Roberta has a deep passion for sewing. While she may not be a professional, she has been perfecting her craft since her middle school days. Over the years, her grandchildren have been the delighted recipients of numerous ”grandma-made” treasures! When you see her at church, there’s a good chance she’s sporting something she crafted herself. When she’s not busy sewing in her craft room, Roberta works remotely as a bookkeeper for a law firm in Indiana. She and her husband Paul moved to Tennessee from Indiana and now live in Benton with their pampered cat, Patches.

Things to bring: All you need to bring is a packed lunch and a notebook to jot down tips and notes.
